Allows you to specify values for capacitive loading in picofarads (pF) for each I/O standard. Capacitive loading is useful for accurate modeling of tCO and power usage, but it can adversely affect delay and transition times.
Capacitive loading is available for supported device families. The supported devices use capacitive loading for both timing and power estimation.
