You open this dialog box by right-clicking an individual node, bus, or group in the Groups list in the Pin Planner, and then clicking Add to Group.
Allows you to add the selected design element to a group you choose from the Group name list. You can add design elements only to groups you create, not groups that exist in the Compiler database.
