This address is logged when a new serr_req is generated to the system. This is gated by the single-bit error interrupt enable and ecc_en. Note that when a single-bit error occurs, an address is logged regardless of whether auto-correction is enabled or not. This register shows the address of the current autoWB correction single-bit error. This address is logged when a new serr_req is generated to the system. This is gated by the single-bit error interrupt enable and ecc_en.  
Note that when a single-bit error occurs, an address is logged regardless of whether auto-correction is enabled or not.
If you have not enabled auto-correction, this register can be ignored.
