SageRAN 5G baseband unit (BBU) is used for 5G NR base station processing, centrally control and manage the base station system, directly access and data interaction with 5G core network, realize NGAP, XnAP interface, and fulfill 5G NR RAN function, including Network protocol stack functions, RRC, PDCP, SDAP, RLC, MAC, and PHY protocol layer functions. Now it supports the frequency of Sub6G and mmWave, both adopt Intel FlexRAN Solution as physical layer
