ECM-3455J is equipped with the 14nm Intel® Celeron® J3455 Quad Core 10 watts TDP low power SoC processor with integrated Intel® HD Graphics 500. The onboard 32GB eMMC is convenient and cost effective for most industrial applications. The J3455 quad-core CPU offers exceptional value-performance for applications in industrial, medical, healthcare, factory, and retail markets. For applications require larger capacity, the option of 64GB eMMC onboard is available for qualifying OEMs on a build to order basis. ECM-3455J is unique fanless design using the solid aluminum block heat-spreader to help transfer and release the heat with the reliability of not active fan. The low profile design of the ECM-3455J suits space saving applications that require fanless, and quiet operations. The board provides many cellular/WiFi/Bluetooth communication friendly I/O interfaces including M.2, mini-PCIe with SATA, uSIM support, I²C, SMBus, plus two Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports, and TPM 2.0 for hardware based security. While most of the small form factor motherboards with wide range DC power design supports from 12V to 24V, BCM ECM-3455J 3.5" SBC supports from 9V to 36V adding additional value and flexibility to suit wider range embedded applications: Industrial control Human Machine Interface (HMI) Digital Signage Small Point-of-Sale Terminal, Retail Kiosk Interactive Self-serve Kiosk Medical and Healthcare equipment Besides common OS support for Windows 10 IoT for x86 platform SBC, ECM-3455J also supports Linux and Android OS for mobile devices that require more computing power, more expansion and I/O interfaces with low power consumptions.
