ECM-RPLP is a small yet powerful and fanless 3.5 inch Single Board Computer (SBC) built with the 13th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor Onboard with many additional game-changing features. When coupling with select Intel® Core™ i7 and i5 processor, ECM-RPLP delivers integrated Intel® Iris® Xe Graphic performance. Two DisplayPorts 1.4a @60Hz with 4096x2160 resolution, and one 18/24 bits Dual Channel LVDS are provided at external I/O. eDP is optional. The board supports 3 independent displays (2xDP + LVDS/eDP). USB Type C Thunderbolt™ 4. ECM-RPLP provides integrated USB Type C Thunderbolt™ 4 connector delivering up to 40 Gbps data transfer speed. The board also provides 4 x USB 3.2 connectors at rear IO, and 2 x USB 2.0 onboard headers for 3 x USB 2.0 ports. DDR5 SODIMM Sockets, 3 x M.2 Sockets Two SODIMM sockets support two DDR5 4800MHz memory modules up to 32GB. M.2 E-Key supports CNVi module, M.2 M-Key supports NVMe module, and M.2 B-Key with Nano SIM card socket for cellular communication module. Fanless Operation The ECM-RPLP is bottom layer soldered processor design. This design enables fanless operation by using a Passive Heatsink (15W) with optional Fan (28W) while maximizing the space for key features on the top side of the board allowing ease of installation of the DDR5 memory and M.2 modules. Additionally, two COM port headers support up to 4 COM ports, one SATA III connectors for storage. Two LAN ports powered by Intel® I226-LM Ethernet Controllers deliver 2.5GbE speed.
