How to Process a Lead

Using the Intel Partner Lead Portal to access and update status of the leads generated by Intel partner marketing activities.

How to Process a Lead: “Manage Leads” Page Overview

When you first login, you will arrive on the “Manage Leads” page. 

On this page, you will have the ability to view and “Claim” all your Leads in one place.

The page provides preset list view filters to help you find the specific Leads you want to view, and the ability to create custom list views to build your own filters. These list views can also be downloaded. Additionally, this page enables you to download standard Lead reports with all available Lead information.

"Export List View" button – used to export the current list view as seen on the page into a downloadable XLS or CSV file.

Download Standard Lead Report button - enables you to download all Leads with all fields included.

Claim button – simple way to “Claim“ and accept a single or multiple Leads in your queue.

How to Claim a Single Lead

Select one Lead in your list view by “check-boxing” the area to the left of the Lead’s "Created Date".

Click the claim button, then click "Save." Upon Claiming this Lead, you will become the new owner and the Lead will be moved to the “Accepted” status.

How to Claim Multiple Leads

Select multiple Leads in your list view by “check-boxing” the area to the left of the Leads’ "Created Date".

Click the "Claim" button.

Click "Save", then click OK. Upon Claiming these Leads, you will become the new owner and the Leads will be moved to the “Accepted” status.

How to Process an Individual Lead

To view and process an individual Lead, click the Lead’s name in your list view.

Upon clicking the Lead, you will be taken to the individual Lead view.

Leads that are newly created will come in with the “New” status. You can view the status of a Lead by reviewing the blue and grey tabs towards the top of the page.
