NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The Paw-some Intel® Evo™ Laptop Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is a social media Sweepstakes that begins on 10/14/22 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends on 10/28/22 at 11:59:59 PM (PST) (the “Promotion Period”).

Throughout the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will have the opportunity to post a comment on Instagram in reply to a Sweepstakes post by the Intel Instagram account (@intel) along with the Hashtag #IntelEvoEntry (the “Hashtag”) (collectively, the “Entry”), as more fully set forth below. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Day” is defined as any 24-hour period beginning at 12:00:00 AM (PST) and ending at 11:59:59 PM (PST). There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner in the Sweepstakes that will be randomly selected at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.

By participating in the Sweepstakes and posting an Entry, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Intel Corporation, 2200 Mission College Blvd, Santa Clara, CA 95054 (“Sponsor”), which shall be final and binding in all respects. Intel Corporation is the sole Sponsor of the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes will be administered by Promo Watch, LLC, P.O. Box 842, Union Lake, MI 48387-0842 and VML, LLC, 250 Richards Rd., Kansas City, MO 64116 (“Administrators”). Promo Watch Inc. and VML, LLC are the Administrators of the Promotion.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Only legal United States residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older are eligible to participate. Employees, officers and directors of Intel Corporation, Promo Watch, LLC, VML, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household of each, are ineligible to participate the Sweepstakes or win a prize.

3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes via Instagram by going to http://www.instagram.com and log into your Instagram account. Then, complete your Entry by visiting the Intel® Instagram account (@intel) and comment with your most embarrassing tech fail along with the Hashtag #IntelEvoEntry in response to the Intel® Instagram account (@intel) Sweepstakes post made on 10/14/22. Entry must be completed from the entrant’s non-private Instagram account; you must comment with your most embarrassing tech fail along with the Hashtag in response to the Intel® Instagram account (@intel) Sweepstakes post made on 10/14/22 for your Entry to be eligible in the Sweepstakes. You must be a registered Instagram member to enter. Instagram account registration and Sweepstakes entry is free.

Direct any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes to Sponsor, not Instagram. Limit one (1) Entry per person, per Day in the Sweepstakes.

Each Entry must meet the following “Entry Requirements” (any Entry that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be disqualified):

• Entry must be posted to a non-private social Instagram account; Instagram accounts can be obtained for free at http://www.instagram.com;
• Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Instagram account associated with the Entry;
• Entry must comply with Instagram’s terms and conditions as posted on its platform;
• Entry must NOT contain any material that infringes or violates any right of a third party including copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, publicity or other proprietary rights;
• Entry must NOT contain subject matter which is, or could be considered, in the sole discretion of the Promotion Entities, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), defamatory, libelous, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., illegal gambling, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, hateful, degrading, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, tortious or objectionable;
• Entry must NOT contain any derogatory references to any of the Promotion Entities.

Note: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor views the Entry as potentially infringing or otherwise a violation or potential violation of a third party’s rights or if it deems the Entry to be lacking in taste, quality, or to be otherwise objectionable.

Entrants understand that they are posting their Entry at their sole risk. Sponsor is not responsible for any claims arising from the Entries, specifically including, but not limited to, claims for intellectual property infringement and privacy rights violations, as well as violations of the social media platform’s terms and conditions.

Proof of entry is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry. Furthermore, Sponsor shall have no liability for any entry that is lost, intercepted or not received by the Sponsor.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period on or about 10/31/22 by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Potential winner will be the entrant of the Entry that is associated with the entry that is randomly selected as a winning entry, subject to eligibility verification. Potential winner will be notified via direct message within seventy-two (72) hours of the random drawing with instructions on how to verify eligibility and claim the prize using contact information provided or collected at the time of entry. Sponsor shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by the potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize is available. Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo (12th Gen / SKU UX8402) (ARV $2,300) (“Prize”). Unclaimed Prize will not be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes on Prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The ARV of any Prize is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the Prize is awarded or redeemed. If the actual purchase price of a Prize is less than the ARV stated herein, the winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash or other form of payment for the price difference.

6. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize winner shall be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and the reporting consequences thereof, and for any other fees or costs associated with the applicable prize. Prize winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Prize received in January following receipt of the Prize. Any potential prize winner must sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If any potential prize winner fails or refuses to sign, have notarized and return all Prize Claim Documents within five (5) days of prize notification (or a shorter time if required by exigencies), potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished by third parties in connection with the Sweepstakes. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPONSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. GENERAL: Acceptance of a Prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, biographical information, statements and address (city and state) for advertising and/or publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that the Promotion Entities (A) shall not be responsible or liable for, and are hereby released from, any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity, or from participants’ acceptance, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any prize, and (B) have not made any warranty, representation or guarantee express or implied, in fact or in law, with respect to any prize, including, without limitation, to such prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer system or wireless phone which is occasioned by accessing the Website or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, or for any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures, delayed computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Sweepstakes is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein. In the event Sponsor is prevented from awarding the Prize or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) select the prize winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each participant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

8. GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ENTRANTS OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS.

10. WINNER’S LIST: Any legally required winner’s list may be obtained by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Paw-some Intel® Evo™ Laptop Giveaway – Winner’s List, P.O. Box 930175, Wixom, MI 48393-0175. All such requests must be received within six (6) weeks after the end of the Promotion Period.

This SWEEPSTAKES is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with INSTAGRAM. Instagram is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this SWEEPSTAKES.
