Through our U.S. Finance Rotation, you may choose to explore a new role every 18-36 months. This variety will help you build a broad set of skills and experiences to continuously improve performance, grow professionally, and gain exposure to different finance functions and Intel businesses worldwide. For interns and grads with a serious career interest in HR, there are a variety of opportunities available through two specific Human Resources (HR) programs: The HR Internship Program and the HR Pathways Rotation program.

The Sales and Marketing Rotation Program (SMRP) is designed to launch technical graduates into a sales and marketing career at Intel. Building on your technical knowledge, you will gain accelerated business experience, attend worldwide conferences, and enhance your interpersonal skills with ongoing networking opportunities.
Our two-year program ensures you build comprehensive knowledge of Intel's products and services, key initiatives, business models, culture and organizational structure, while developing your technical and business acumen, communication skills and internal and external network. You will work on challenging projects that are critical to Intel’s growth which will provide opportunities for career development and making your mark at Intel. If you are interested in the Sales & Marketing Rotation, in your resume objective, please indicate your interest in "SMRP" and apply directly to one of our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience Rotation Programs.
