Intel DRIVE Program—Accelerate your career

This program provides interns and college graduate rotation professionals an opportunity to develop their professional capabilities through participation in technology development projects. In addition to learning new skills, they hone the skills they have learned in school and apply them to industry projects.

About the Program

The DRIVE Program is an immersive career experience for emerging professionals looking to gain tech industry experience that help build their technical skills and business acumen, while learning about Intel's Network Edge and Datacenter and AI business units.

College graduates form part of our rotation program where they go through three (seven-month) rotation assignments before their final placement with the company. Rotation assignments range from working on customer centric solutions, smart connected devices at the edge, silicon development, 5G and data center connectivity, strategy, marketing, business planning and more. Interns hired for the summer and internship assignments vary in scope from software, hardware, and business.

Additionally, this program provides:

  • Access to our specialized mentor and buddy programs.
  • A dedicated team that will guide you through the program and help you reach your desired role.
  • Networking opportunities that will help connect you to our talented community of technologists, business professionals, and leaders.
