Acceptable Employment Verification Documents
The document describes how Intel participates in the federal E-Verify program, with all newly hired employees being checked through this automatic database after completing an I-9 form.
The document has three lists, A, B, and C, that contain acceptable combinations of verification documents.
To run an employee through the program, there are additional I-9 requirements that must be met:
• All employees must provide a Social Security number (SSN) in section 1 of the I-9 form. New hires who do not have a SSN, must apply for one as soon as possible.
• If presenting a list B document, it must contain a photograph.
