Pay, Stock & Benefits

We offer a total pay, stock and benefits package including bonuses, stock grants, and a wide variety of medical plans. In addition, Intel provides eligible employees the option to choose a four‑week sabbatical after four years of eligible service or an eight‑week sabbatical after seven years of eligible service, with full pay and benefits.
