At Intel, we believe that a workforce made up of people with unique experiences, varied points of view, and diverse skills makes us a stronger company.  The impact our technologies have on people’s lives around the world is a direct result of our diverse employees. Together, we can change the world. You're what's next.

Inclusion is the ground where innovation takes root. We seek to attract the best talent, and once at Intel, we work hard to ensure that every employee has opportunities to thrive and achieve their goals without cultural, gender, or racial barriers to impede their progress.

My Life in Intel

About Me
I'm a PhD holder in Polymer Science through a joint program between Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) Penang and Universitaet Osnabrueck (Germany). Joined Intel at the turn of the millennium as a senior materials engineer ever since!

My Motto in Life
Continuous learning, and continue to increase your knowledge bank. Be a learner every day.

I'm Intel Malaysia's 1st female Principal Engineer! My secrets to success
Persistency and patience!
Persistency: continue to believe in yourself and the system.
Patience: just like a plant, it needs time to nurture and grow.

Why Intel?
Intel provides a good career ground for those looking for challenge, fast and rapid pace. It is also an avenue for you to meet lots of people even if it is virtual. Honestly, I did not choose Intel as my 1st choice. I actually joined another MNC instead (south of Malaysia). I let go my earlier choice due to commitment to my ‘then-boyfriend’ – now my husband. I told him I will give Intel a try till he completes his PhD. I left Intel in 2004 as my husband joined a research lab in Kuala Lumpur and I left Intel to be closer to him, but I came back to Intel 9 months later: this tells you the attraction that I have with Intel.
