What is the Intel® ON Event Series?

Intel® ON events feature the latest thinking from the world’s community of business and technology innovators while providing you with opportunities to learn, build skills, and network. Our new annual events are designed to inspire, engage, educate, and connect.

Will Intel® ON events happen annually?

Yes. We plan to host two annual events: Intel® Vision in the spring and Intel® Innovation in the fall. Additional Intel® ON events will be added over time.

How do I know which event is right for me?

Who should attend Intel® Vision?

Intel® Vision is for business managers, technology managers, and C-level stakeholders. We also encourage press, industry analysts, investors, and influencers to attend.

Is there a cost or fee to attend Vision?

Intel® Vision 2022 follows a paid model for in-person experiences along with select on-demand content after the event at no charge.

When is the Intel® Vision Event and will it be in person or digital?

Intel® Vision will be a hybrid event May 10-11, 2022 at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Texas with keynote and business insights broadcast live during the event and select content available on demand 1-2 weeks post event. The health and safety of employees, partners, and customers are always Intel’s top priority. We will continue to work with health and city officials as we move closer to the event. You can sign up to receive the latest updates and details as they’re made available here.

Is Intel® Vision open to members of the Intel Partner Alliance (IPA)?

Yes, it is open to members who have received an invitation. This invite is nontransferable and can only be claimed by the IPA recipient.

Where can I register for Intel® Vision and find the event agenda?

In-person and digital registration is now open here. You can also sign up to receive the latest updates and details as they’re made available here.

What if I don’t want to travel?

A virtual experience will be available for those who are unable or prefer not to travel.

Do I need to book a Hotel Room?

When registering, you will be able to book a room at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, Texas. The Gaylord Texan is located at 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051.

What opportunities exist for partners to participate?

We value our partners and have created many ways to collaborate in our Intel® ON Series Event sequence. For specific questions on upcoming sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities please email: oneventseries.sponsorships@intel.com.

What are the COVID guidelines for Intel® Vision 2022?

In order to attend Intel® Vision 2022 all attendees must be fully vaccinated. Per CDC guidelines, fully vaccinated means at least 14 days have elapsed after completion of a COVID-19 vaccination series - either the second dose of a 2-dose series, or after one dose of a single dose vaccine. Proof of vaccination will be required to attend.
