Detailed Description

Change Notice, May 14, 2021:
NVM Update Package 8.10 has been updated to address the following issues:

  • Allow update from fixed Image Intel® Ethernet Network Adapter XXV710-DA2 in 7.30 package to newer version 8.10
  • Allow update from HPE X710-DA2 OCP3.0 From 8.00 to newer version 8.10
  • Fix for unexpected character which was presented when RDE GET operation is performed on INTEL X710-DA2
  • Fix for the issue - Intel FPGA PAC N3000 the PCIe links to the XL710 Ethernet Controller can intermittently fail to be established.

What was updated
New Images were added to NVM Update Package configuration file and two new NVM Images with fixes are present in updated package.

Other information
If you use any of the affected products listed above, it is recommended that you update to the new NVM package file. Otherwise, there is no need to update. All other files remain as is; there is no impact to other products.

Overview

This package contains all files required to update the non-volatile memory (NVM) on the Intel® Ethernet Adapter in your system. It contains the NVM Update utility, configuration file, updated NVM binaries, and required driver files.
