STATISTICS

Syntax

STATISTICS [on|off|<hash_size>]

Variable

VT_STATISTICS

Default

off

Description

Enables or disables statistics about messages and symbols. These statistics are gathered by the Intel® Trace Analyzer and Collector independently from logging them and stored in the tracefile. Apart from on and off, it allows specifying the hash size used on each collecting thread. For extensively instrumented codes or for codes with a volatile communication pattern, this might be useful to control its performance.
