2.2.1.5. Enable SWJ-DP JTAG Interface

The SWJ-DP JTAG enables HPS users to connect either an SWD or JTAG probe to the CoreSight subsystem. To enable the interface Turning on Enable SWJ-DP JTAG Interface, enables the h2f_cs conduit which is comprised of the following signals:
