3.3.2.1. Assigning Programmable IOE Features in the Intel® Quartus® Prime Assignment Editor

  1. From the Intel® Quartus® Prime menu, select Assignments > Assignment Editor
  2. Under the To column, search for the pin that you want to configure.
  3. Under the Assignment Name column, select a supported programmable IOE feature.
  4. Under the Value column, select a supported value.
  5. From the Intel® Quartus® Prime menu, select File > Save.
