Cannot finalize the encryption for the file design .sof because it was compiled with the bitstream encryption option disabled.
Description
If you try to encrypt the bitstream via GUI or command-line after you have compiled the project with the bitstream encryption option disabled, Quartus rejects the command as shown above.
Resolution
Ensure that you compile the project with the bitstream encryption option enabled either via GUI or command-line. To enable this option in GUI, you must check the checkbox for this option.
