2.1. Voltage Requirements

The Intel® FPGA Download Cable II VCC(TRGT) pin must be connected to a specific voltage for the device being programmed. Connect pull-up resistors to the same power supply as the Intel® FPGA Download Cable II : VCC(TRGT) .
