Frequently Asked Questions

The trial is intended for prequalified Intel customers and approved developers. In addition to a standard Intel® Developer Zone account, separate registration is required for access to bare-metal services in Intel Developer Cloud.

During the beta trial, a limited set of cloud services is made available focused on early access to new Intel hardware platforms, covering virtual and bare-metal machines.

Customers can expect Intel Developer Cloud to have a free service tier combined with advanced paid-for cloud service tiers. Special service chargeback rates may apply for the beta trial. Participants may be able to use cloud credits for paid-for cloud services offered as part of the beta trial. Intel will continue to evolve the service structure and share more details at the official launch later this year.

You can, however, all participants need to register for this beta trial.

Yes, you can. Make sure you are signed in to your Intel account and go to the management console.

Intel Developer Cloud is focused on testing and development to help you get a head start with product prequalification and to develop Intel-based solution offerings before new Intel product release announcements.

Over time, other existing Intel Developer Cloud environments (for example, Intel Developer Cloud for oneAPI) will be absorbed into the new Intel Developer Cloud experience.
