Cache in Intel Atom® x6000E Series Processors
This topic describes the cache for each processor, including Level 1 (L1) cache, Level 2 (L2) cache, and Level 3 (L3) cache (also referred to
as last-level cache or LLC).
For caches that are shared across multiple cores, the sizes of each cache and cache way are also shown. You may need this reference when using cache allocation tools.
Intel Atom® Processor x6200FE
The processor has two cores and three levels of
cache. Each core has a private L1 cache. Both cores share the L2 cache and L3 cache.
The L2 cache is 1.5 MiB and is divided into 12 equal cache ways of 128 KiB.
The L3 cache is 2 MiB and is divided into 8 equal cache ways of 256 KiB.

Intel Atom® Processor x6212RE
The processor has two cores and three levels of
cache. Each core has a private L1 cache. Both cores share the L2 cache and L3 cache.
The L2 cache is 1.5 MiB and is divided into 12 equal cache ways of 128 KiB.
The L3 cache is 4 MiB and is divided into 16 equal cache ways of 256 KiB.

Intel Atom® Processor x6414RE, Intel Atom® Processor x6425RE, Intel Atom® Processor x6427FE
These processors have four cores and three levels of
cache. Each core has a private L1 cache. All cores share the L2 cache and L3 cache.
The L2 cache is 1.5 MiB and is divided into 12 equal cache ways of 128 KiB.
The L3 cache is 4 MiB and is divided into 16 equal cache ways of 256 KiB.
