Removes standard directories from the
include file search path.
Syntax
Linux:
-X
Windows:
/X
Arguments
None
Default
- OFF
- Standard directories are in the include file search path.
Description
This option removes standard directories from the include
file search path. It prevents the compiler from searching the default path
specified by the
INCLUDE
environment
variable.
On Linux*
systems, specifying
-X
(or
-noinclude
) prevents the
compiler from searching in
/usr/include
for files specified in an INCLUDE statement.
You can use this option with the
I
option to prevent the
compiler from searching the default path for include files and direct it to use
an alternate path.
