Workload Performance Projection and Recommendation

This functionality is in Feature Preview. It is under development and may have limited capabilities. The Workload Management (WLM) feature is not compatible with IDV on Ubuntu* 18. WLM requires GLIB 2.31, whereas the default version of GLIBC available with IDV kernel is 2.27.
Intel® Edge Software Configurator
provides the Performance Projection feature for users to project the workload performance KPIs such as CPU utilization and Frames Per Second (FPS) on target platforms by only running the workload on their current platform. The workload will be executed and analyzed for a specific amount of time. The returned results will help you make decisions on platform migration. Similarly, you can analyze your workload through the Recommendation feature, which helps you understand how many concurrent workload instances with the same parameter settings can be executed on your current platform.
  • Optimize > Reference Implementation Performance
