Omnitek (trading name of Image Processing Techniques Ltd) was acquired by Intel Corporation in April 2019. The manufacture and sale of Omnitek’s T&M products has now ceased. The Ultra 4K Tool Box, the Ultra XR and Ultra TQ previously manufactured by Omnitek are now at their ‘end of life’ and support will be available until 31/12/2022. The OTR and PQA products previously manufactured by Omnitek are no longer supportable. Ultra XR, Ultra TQ, and the Ultra 4K Toolbox software do not include the latest functional and security updates. All versions are provided as-is. Software products will no longer be available from this website after June 15, 2020. After this time, please contact support. This software will not be maintained with any additional functional, security, or other updates. Intel recommends that users of Ultra XR, Ultra TQ, and the Ultra 4K Toolbox disable their network connection when using the product.

All Ultra units with a manufacturer’s warranty or extended warranty will be maintained as defined by the warranty agreements that were in place at the time of product sale. All warranties for products sold by Omnitek have been adopted by Intel Corporation UK.

The provision of technical and operational support was an important part of Omnitek’s business activities and will continue for the Ultra family of test & measurement products via the support email address support_omnitek@intel.com

Operational and technical support for the non-warranty Ultra products will continue until 31/12/2022. Non-warranty support and repairs will be at the sole discretion of Intel Corporation UK and will be dependent on the product age, the cause of failure and the availability of spare parts.

Calibration of Ultra 4K Tool Box and Ultra TQ units with physical layer analysis, will be provided as part of warranty and extended warranty until 31/12/2022. Contact support at the point calibration is required for details. Non-warranty calibration will be at the sole discretion of Intel Corporation UK and will be dependent on the age of product and availability of spare parts (if needed).

Do not return any product to Intel Corporation UK for repair or calibration unless directly instructed by support who will let you know if support is available for the product, provide an RMA and details about how to return the product.

The following product resources are available and include all available documentation and software installation files for the Ultra 4K Tool Box, the Ultra XR, Ultra TQ, OTM, OTR and PQA.
