Enabling UEFI Resources for IHV & OSV Developers
Intel offers a number of resources to support Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) development by independent hardware vendors (IHV), operating systems vendors (OSV), and application programmers.
Support for UEFI developers can now be found at the Intel® UEFI Community Resource Center, your gateway for developing UEFI firmware, drivers, and applications for Intel® architecture platforms.
Intel® UEFI 2.3.1 Development Kits
Intel® UEFI 2.3.1 Development Kits enable engineers to test, debug, and validate UEFI drivers and applications on a UEFI 2.3.1 compliant system. Platforms can be assembled and configured in your lab or home workshop using commercially available hardware.
Tools and Sample Code
The following kits, tools, sample code, and links will help with UEFI driver development. Additional resources can be found at firmware.intel.com.
