Description:
This patch was created to resolve the following Unicode error message for newly added components.
Error: Factory com.altera.sopcfactories.QsysFactory reading /unaligned_bridge/ - WITH UNICODE CHARACTER.qsys exception com.altera.utilities.altNode.AltNodeException: (in-memory string): Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence. (XML)

For existing systems, the component IP must be removed and re-added from the Quartus project.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.4 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 20.4 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:
