Description:
This patch enables WYSIWYG resynthesis for Stratix 10 and FalconMesa. To use this you need to set this assignment: 

set_global_assignment -name ADV_NETLIST_OPT_SYNTH_WYSIWYG_REMAP ON

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 19.4 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 19.4 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
