Description:
This patch generates warning message for potential compiler issue if any of the following move occurred in Quartus Compilation:

1. RAM inference with incorrect address port connection in synthesized netlist;

	Warning (21938): Screening patch found an incorrect logic connection condition.
        Install the solution patch to avoid RAM corruption, available in the knowledge database solution:

2. A specific Physical Synthesis optimization performed for register retiming;

	Warning (21940): Screening patch found a case where the Retimer might create incorrect logic.
        Install the solution patch fix the issue, available in the knowledge database solution:

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 19.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 19.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
