Problem: Stack overflow error for quartus fit
	 Fatal Error: Stack Overflow, TIS_RE_DELAY_TREE_TRANSIENT_NODE

Solution: Increased stack size of qfit from 24mb

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 12.0 SP2 DP9 software or must
          install the Quartus II 12.0 SP2 DP9 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
