This patch provides the following support:

1. Enabling the POF Support for EP4CGX150 and EP4CGX110 (lmited to
   package FGBA 484 and 672, with C8 Speedgrade ).

2. Enabling of ASDO Pin for SFL Programming purpose.

3. Regeneration of default SFL SOF Image for SR150 and SR110.
   For this item, if the users generate their own SFL Megafunction,
   they will need to recompile their design If not, no recompilation
   is required, they can use the newly included SFL SOF Image provided
   in this patch.


Please note, you also need a password to enable the POF support for a 
particular device.
