Problem:  Quartus II software triggers the following Internal Error in
	  HardCopy III revision when the Stratix III revision contains
	  "Manul Logic Duplication" assignments:

	  Internal Error: Sub-system: FTITAN, 
	  File: /quartus/fitter/ftitan/ftitan_atom_dup_utility.cpp, Line: 92


Solution: This patch fixes the Internal Error.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II 
          software version 9.0 SP2 or must install the Quartus II 
          software version 9.0 SP2 before installing this patch. 
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and 
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
