Problem: 12.0SP1 service pack installer is missing some jar files
	 which results some of the updates that are intended to be
	 delivered in 12.0 SP1 are not shipped.


Solution: This patch adds the missing files.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 12.0 SP1 software or must
          install the Quartus II 12.0 SP1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
