Description: Simplified data Interface cannot be used, if 8b10b encoder is enabled and word aligner mode is not bitslip and ratematch fifo is enabled

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 13.1.4 software or must
          install the Quartus II 13.1.4 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
