Problem: First-time installation of Windows USB-Blaster drivers from
	 11.1 SP2 successful but not available in Quartus II x64 tools.
	 Quartus II x32 installations are not affected.

Solution: Quartus II x64 tools updated to support new USB-Blaster drivers. 


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 11.1 SP2 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 11.1 SP2 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
