Description:

Patch# 0.54fw: 
 [FM] HPS stuck at FSBL on certain units above Quartus 22.2B94 / or with firmware above 22.4B94
[HSD# reference 15017315077] 

Root cause: If repair for HPS L2 Tag is in upper column (16 to 19th bit ) HPS fails to boot up. 
Fix: Apply repair after POR reset and before cold reset. 



Patch# 0.10fw: 
 This patch fixes to reissue PLL lock request to achieve true independent PERST.

Patch# 0.04fw: 
 This patch fixes issue for incorrect data retrieval in GET_I2C_TELEMETRY command.

          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 24.2 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
