Description:

Patch# 0.43: 
 This patch fixes an issue where the archiver does not include auto-discovered mif files (RAM initialization) in the archive. The patch changes how Analysis & Elaboration stores the mif files in the database. After installing the patch, you need to re-run Analysis & Elaboration before archiving the project. 



Patch# 0.38: 
 This patch fixes handling of emulation_mode parameters on latches. These parameters were ignored in 23.3, with the patch they are handled correctly. 


Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.3 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 23.3 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.
