Description:
This patch is to fix the following Transceiver Toolkit issues:

1) Receiver PRBS checker does not run in FHT and FGT PMA.
2) Eye viewer for FGT PMA is not functional.  

You need to regenerate the PMA and FEC Direct PHY IP in your project and recompile the project with the patch.



Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.4 software or must
          install the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime 21.4 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Intel(R) Quartus(R) Prime
          software will not run properly.

Note:

    already installed those patches, you can safely install this new
    patch on top.
