Patch SPR#: 277599
SPRs fixed: 277299
//****************************************************************

Problem: Quartus II 8.0 software enables an internal resistor between
	  2 dedicated differential IO pair when each IO is used as
	  single end IO and the input or output termination in the IO
	  is set to "series 25 ohms without calibration" or "series 50
	  ohms without calibration". This resistor has an effect on
	  the IO when it is set to a 3.3V and it makes the IO Voltage
	  in the complementary pin to drop to 2.3v or more.

	  This problem only appears on Stratix III devices.

Solution: This patch fixes the problem. The internal resistor will not
	  be enabled when the IO is set to "series 25 ohms without
	  calibration" or "series 50 ohms without calibration".

Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II
          software version 8.0 or must install the Quartus II
          software version 8.0 before installing this patch.
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
