Description:

There is an error as below:

Error (332000): can't read "pll_ref_clock": no such variable



This patch removes break statement that can cause problems for cascaded PLLs.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus Prime 16.1.2 software or must
          install the Quartus Prime 16.1.2 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus Prime
          software will not run properly.
