Description:
This updates the OpenCL licensing support to Quartus' latest licensing
library. This will enable the latest licensing features in OpenCL,
such as mapping the license to multiple Ethernet mac addresses on a
single machine.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Altera SDK for OpenCL 14.1.1 software or must
          install the Altera SDK for OpenCL 14.1.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Altera SDK for OpenCL
          software will not run properly.
