Problems:

1. The SBT4E "Run As Nios II Modelsim" launch does not run on Windows
   with Nios II EDS v10.1. A dialog box pops up showing a failed command.

2. In some cases a SBT4E 10.1 "Run As Nios II Hardware" launch can
   cause SBT4E to hang. One way to see this is to close SBT4E while
   Hello World is running on a target board, then restart SBT4E and
   attempt to "Run As Hardware" again.

Solution:

Install this patch,

1.	For problem 1, the cygwin path part of the ModelSim launch command was removed.
2.	For problem 2, the Nios II Console code was cleaned up to use the updated System Console threading model.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Nios II Embedded Design Suite 10.1 software or must 
          install the Nios II Embedded Design Suite 10.1 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Nios II Embedded Design Suite 
          software will not run properly.
