Problem: The DFE parameters on the alt4gxb megafunction are used by
	 the assembler to program the DFE clock selection CRAMs.  Currently,
	 the DFE parameters are set to the 'autoset' value of '0' (or left
	 unassigned for Verilog resulting in the default '0' value being used);
	 however, the autoset code is incorrect and assigns the wrong value to
	 the DFE parameters.

Solution: This fix corrects the autoset code so that Quartus will
	  assign the correct parameter values.


Caution - You must either have previously installed the 
          Quartus II 10.0 SP1 software or must 
          install the Quartus II 10.0 SP1 software 
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will 
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II 
          software will not run properly.
