Description:
This patch provides Timing Model Update for Stratix 10 Early Access Software.

This timing model update resolves an issue that can prevent the HyperRetimer 
from optimizing design performance due to overly conservative hold timing parameters 
on HyperRegisters.

Caution - You must either have previously installed the
          Quartus II 15.0.1 software or must
          install the Quartus II 15.0.1 software
          before installing this patch. Otherwise, the patch will
          not be installed correctly and the Quartus II
          software will not run properly.
