Clair Webb
Clair Webb is an Intel Fellow. He has been with Intel for 31 years. He has worked on DRAM, SRAM, and cache designs. For the last few process generations he has worked on design rule definition and design issues for new process technologies. His e-mail is clair.webb at intel.com.
