Andrew Sweany
Andrew Sweany is a human factors engineer in Intel Corporation's IT department. Andrew started as an intern with Intel's Home Networking Group in 2000 and since that time he has worked to improve user experience with a wide range of IT products, including internal and customer-facing Web sites and business applications, portals and third-party solutions. He holds a Masters of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering from the University of South Dakota. His e-mail is andrew.c.sweany at intel.com.

Marla Gómez
Marla Gómez is a user research analyst for Intel Corporation's IT department. She started at Intel in June 2004 and primarily conducts ethnographic studies to help IT decision makers better understand their users, Intel employees. She has a Masters of Science in Information (Human-Computer Interaction) from the University of Michigan and got interested in HCI and user experience through her former career as a Help Desk Consultant for a large Off the Shelf implementation at a major university.
