AUTHOR’S BIOGRAPHY

Susan Faulkner
Susan Faulkner is a video ethnographer in Domestic Designs and Technologies Research, within the User Experience Group of the Digital Home Group at Intel Corporation. Susan joined Intel Corporation in September 2005, and she has conducted fieldwork in China, Egypt, Germany, South Korea, Brazil, and the United States. She holds an M.A. degree in Documentary Film and Video Production from Stanford University, and a B.A. degree in Comparative Literature from Brown University. She began working as a video ethnographer at Interval Research Corporation in 1993. Her e-mail is susan.a.faulkner at intel.com.
