Use the instructions below when installing or updating drivers and software on notebook systems.

Intel® Wireless Display is only compatible with Microsoft Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit* (Home Premium, Ultimate, Professional, and Home Basic versions) at this time.
Intel provides generic versions of drivers for general purposes. Your computer manufacturer or adapter manufacturer may have altered the features, incorporated customizations, or made other changes to your driver. Intel recommends you contact your point of purchase, computer manufacturer or adapter manufacturer for the latest system-specific updates and technical support information.
Install in the following order: 1 - Wireless (WiFi) Driver, 2 - Graphics Driver, 3 - Wireless Display Software, 4 - WiDi Widget (optional). It is also recommended to restart the PC after each driver or software installation.

Intel recommends that you use the latest wireless drivers for your system.
For your convenience, Intel is providing a generic wireless driver. Intel recommends that you check your computer manufacturer’s website for the latest system specific updates and technical support information.
For your convenience, Intel is providing a generic graphics driver that can be used to enable Blu-Ray, DVD, and Intel® Insider™ movie playback on some Intel® WiDi systems. Intel recommends that you check your computer manufacturer’s website for the latest system specific updates and technical support information.
The generic graphics driver cannot be used on Intel® WiDi-enabled systems with ATI* graphics. Please check your computer manufacturer’s website for the latest system specific updates and technical support information.
Toshiba* systems with Intel WiDi require a custom graphics driver to enable Blu-Ray, DVD, and Intel Insider movie playback over Intel WiDi. Please check with Toshiba to obtain the correct graphics driver for your system.
For Toshiba* E205-S1904 notebook customers only: After installing the Intel® Wireless Display 1.1 software update, there is an additional step to ensure the Intel Wireless Display output button continues to function. This button is located on the system control panel along the right side of the keyboard. Download the patch and install it by double clicking the downloaded file TC10060600A_64bit.exe.
