Intel® My WiFi Dashboard has replaced Intel® My WiFi Technology (Intel® MWT) software. | | The Intel My WiFi Dashboard creates a personal area network (PAN) using wireless technology based on the Wi-Fi Alliance Wi-Fi Direct™ standard. The standard allows a user to set up a Wi-Fi Direct connection between devices. Intel My WiFi Dashboard features include:
- Direct PC to PC chat
- Drag and drop file transfer
- Personal Hotspot*
Intel My WiFi Dashboard requires a computer with a supported Intel® Centrino® Wireless adapter. Also, the version of the Intel My WiFi Dashboard software must match the Intel® PROSet/Wireless software. The current software version for both is 15.2.0.
If your computer does not support this configuration, Intel® My WiFi Dashboard Lite is available over wireless or wired networks and features:
- Drag and Drop File Transfer
- Chat
