Intel recommends you download and install updated driver(s) from your computer manufacturer. If updates are not available, you can download and install an Intel generic ZIP package.
Extract the driver files and save them to a location on your hard drive. Note the location of the extracted files for later use.
- Click Start > Control Panel.
- Click System and select the Hardware tab.
- Click Device Manager.
- Click the + symbol in front of Network adapters to expand the section.

- Right-click the Network Controller and click Update Driver.
- Click "No, not at this time," in response to "Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for software?" Click Next.
- Click "Install from a list or specific location (advanced)," in response to "What would you like the wizard to do?" Click Next.
- Click Browse and navigate to the folder where the driver files are extracted.

- Click Next to initiate the installation.
- Click Finish after the installation has completed.
